How to create virtual machine using vCenter Server

 In Home, select new virtual machine

  Select Create a new virtual machine

 Enter the name of virtual machine and select datacenter

 Select a compute resource

 Select Storage

 Select compatibility

 Select a guest OS

Specify ISO file and select check box connect.......

 Install Windows 2008 R2 using same way to install on physical machine

 After installing OS, install VMware tools which support driver, connection between vm and physical machine....etc

After finishing you have to reboot VM

How to add ESXi host on to vCenter Server

 Log in vCenter server.

 Before adding ESXi server, you have to make Datacenter in vCenter

 Input your Datacenter name

 Right click on your Datacenter and add host.

 Enter the name or IP of your ESXi host.

 Choose Lockdown mode. Normally disabled

 If  you have several datacenter, you will choose one of them but today is just one.

After finishing add host wizard, you can see your ESXi server and its VMs.

How to install VCSA 6.0

Before installing VCSA 6.0 you already had installed ESXi 6.0 server.
Firstly, you have to download VCSA file and install VMware-clientintegration plugin 6.0 in VCSA iso file on your PC.

 Click install

Input server IP of ESXi 6.0 and accout information.

You can receive SSL Cert alert. click yes.

Input VCSA name and passcode. not ESXi passcode

 Choose PSC option.

Choose new SSO domain and input SSO passcode and domain of SSO.

Select datastore that is installed VCSA 6.0

Select Database. Recommend vPostgres

Set network setting of VCSA 6.0

It is alert about using FQDN is better than using IP

Summary.

After completing VCSA 6.0, you can try to connect VCSA 6.0 through VCSA IP

In ESXi 6.0 server using vSphere client, you can see installed VCSA 6.0

If you install vCenter Server through VCSA, you can see Linux OS for VCSA
